This Spring jewelry trends 2011 predicts that bangles and cuffs will be very popular. But just don't wear a single bangle or cuff. You need to stack them up for a chic and casual look. The best thing about wearing stacked bangles is that you can pair them with anything from sundresses to skinny jeans. This look was seen on many celebrities from Drew Barrymore to Sarah Jessica Parker. Create your own unique look by stacking different colored bangles in a mix of metals. Chunkier cuffs are also very popular this season and you can choose cuffs that comes in semi precious stone, leather and even plastic. 5 Spring Jewellry Trend to try now!

In the spring summer 2011 seasons accessories will definitely play an important role in defining our outfits. Since attention to details is a crucial factor when creating an outfit, designers have come up with a great variety of choices when it comes to jewelry to be able to make a bold fashion statement. The designs are truly creative and original.

1. Big Mixed Cabochon-Style Stones—The last few seasons have been like jewelry on steroids. Not that we'll ever say no to a great statement necklace. But this spring, the Big idea that caught our eye was the use of giant Cabochon-style stones, à la Proenza Schouler and Bottega Veneta. Organic and elegant. Bold fun colors, orange, fushia, greens, yellow...

2. Tassels & Fringe— re-imagining of huge, gorgeous tassel earrings and fringe necklaces. We like, and this is one we'll be wearing.  It really adds a little spice to our outfit.

3. Clean & Architectural— chains, and stones that continue to fill boutiques, designers opted for super spare, clean, and almost architectural pieces.  The simplicity is nothing short of refreshing. These pieces are different, rare and fun. Reminds me of Egyptian time...

4. Plastics & Perspex—The trend toward really childlike,  so, for spring, we were doubly excited when designers like Karen Walker and Marni turned out fun plastic-fantastic necklaces and wide perspex-like colored cuff bracelets.

5. Rose-Gold—In fashion, it's always a guessing game each season as to who in the metals will prevail: silver or gold? Well, for spring, the more exotic rose-gold is stealing center-stage, with a striking necklace by Eddie Borgo and a surprisingly sophisticated Michael Kors watch taking top honors on our spring/summer wish-list. Its not to gold and not to pink...just the right color for spring.
